Why Therapy?
I believe many of us reach therapy because we feel lost or disconnected from ourselves. Maybe you've spent so much of your life caring for others that you're no longer sure what you need. Maybe you find yourself constantly second-guessing your decisions, feeling disconnected from your body, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships. You may know something isn't quite right, but you can't seem to find your way back. My hope is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath the noise, your intuition, your voice, and your inner wisdom.

FAQs
Do you take insurance?
1
I do not take insurance. However, clients with PPO and a qualifying diagnosis can work with me out-of-network. You pay for sessions and then submit a receipt for insurance reimbursement.
Do you offer a free consultation?
2
Absolutely! The primary healing factor in therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. I value having an opportunity for us to explore whether we are a good fit.
How long should I expect to be in therapy?
3
Length of treatment depends on the person, couple, or family. From the first session, we will explore how to identify when it is time to terminate (aka you “graduate” from therapy). Therapy is not meant to be forever!
How often will we meet?
4
How often we see each other is up to you! Many people choose to attend weekly therapy sessions, although you may decide to meet more or less frequently.
